Father's rightful share of land property
My father was born in 1935 he had 9 siblings including himself.
My father is the eldest of his siblings.
When his Grandmother passed away in 1957 70 acres of land was devised to her daughter Virginia b my grandmother passed away in 1992 she made her youngest daughter Carolyn executor of her estate in 1988 and transfer all her property into her name with the promise that she will do the right thing and distribute it evenly amongst the siblings.
My father never received his rightful share and then he passed away in 1998
She has 60.97 acres of land in Clarendon county South Carolina and part of that land is suppose to be my father equal share.
I request that Carolyn Holiday is force to honor her mother?s wish as an executor and distribute to us my Father?s rightful share of the property
She has no right in delaying this process this has gone on long enough, what can we do

What you can do is at least consult with an attorney in Clarendon County who is knowledgeable in regard to probate matters and who should be able to advise you on a particular course of action that is appropriate for the
