Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina
16 year old dui conviction
16 years ago my sister-inlaw was licensed revoked because of a dui in the state of alabama. She has not driven since and has lived a very decent and good behavioral life ever since. Is ther a statute of limitations on her license or can she apply in South Carolina now?

She can go apply now in SC. They will run a computer check to see if all her old fees and fines will be paid. If all is well she will probably get a license.
