Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

Seatbelt Law and what to do if wearing one?

I want to know how it's possible to fight a seatbelt ticket when I was wearing one. It seems that everyone in this disgusting state is getting pulled over for seatbelt tickets just to give money to the state. First of all I'm Hispanic in this racist state and I feel that it had to do with my race and not the seatbelt. It's the cops word against mine but there is no proof that I was or wasn't wearing one before I was pulled over. So is there a way to get out of one?

I'm afraid that you probable already understand how to fight the ticket. Since there would be no video, no scientific testing, etc., it would boil down to your word against the officers. I sympathize with your frustrations and wish you the best.
