Utica-Mohawk rule

Can you tell me what the Utica-Mohawk rule is? I also want to ask, If I settle my workers comp. claim, how much will it reduce my social security benefits?

Generally speaking, it allows your SS to be reduced a small amount over a long time rather than be delay competely for a long time. No way ot telling you how much is will be reduced by without all the numbers
