Re: Will Workers Compensation pay?

As long as your doctors connect your panic attacks to your injury, the wc carrier should pay for the treatment, but many carriers try to deny psychological injuries. Your psyche or mental injury combines with your physical injuries to make your impairment greater and should be considered in any hearing or settlement. I would be happy to discuss this with you. I have represented and currently represent many wc claimants with similar psychological injuries. You can email me directly at [email protected]
