Abandement

Hello, I want to know if it is legal for a parent to ''kick out'' a minor child from home and have no ties with that child?

Re: Abandement

The subject of your question is Abandonment.

The answer is NO.

You cannot abandon a minor child without suffering legal consequences.

If you are having problems with the minor child, consult with a family law attorney and a psychologist. Most children don't cause problems without reasons. Find out what the problems are, get professional assistance to address the problems.
