Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
wondering what to do?
This lady is threatening me if I don't start paying her $300 a month. The buisness I got from her we never signed a contract for the sall of the buisness. It has been a year since i closed the doors. She has only asked money from me once before now. i was there for three months so i do fill like i owe her three months worth. I have payed two months. Does she have grounds to sue me?

If you are concerned about being sued, it is usually a good idea to make an appointment to sit down with an attorney and get that attorney's legal advice.
