Legal Question in Technology Law in Tennessee

email laws

my spouse used my computer system & aol account, had 3 screen names. We're now separated, divorce pending. she left her email incoming/outgoing on my hard drive. Is it a felony if i read her email? Can i use the content of those emails against her in our divorce? can she charge me with a felony? she continues to access my aol account everytime she signs on using one of those three screen names. aol has notified me she is racking up additional charges on my account. what can i do to protect myself?
