Timeshare Contract

My husband and I purchased a timeshare, when going on our first vacation we were told, none of our resorts were available (we made reservations 3 months in advance, going to Florida in off season) so they put us in one of their affiliates. We went online to check our resorts and they were available at $120 nightly and the one they put us in was $247 for the week. Not worth what we have been charged along with $500 year maintnance fees. Can we get out of this contract?

You would have to look at the specific language in the contract you signed. If they are in breach, then, yes, you can sue and possibly "get out of it".
