Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
i have a drug related felony i never went to prison or jail but am currently on probation my exboyfriend was charged with poss of drugs found on his person at the residence we shared i was indicted a year later on the same charges because i lived there too and entered a best interest plea in fear of losing custody of my child i dont feel i really committed any crime other than wrong place wrong time will this be able to be expunged

Expunged? No.
Only if your probation is the result of either pretrial diversion or posttrial/judicial diversion.
And you would know that.
