Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
FBI Surveillance
Can/do the FBI continue to monitor a person via surveillance equipment / undercover agents, etc. after they have already been indicted and arraigned for a crime?
Can they continue if they suspect you of a different or additional crime - yet receive information regarding the first crime as evidence in the meantime?
Is this constitutional and practiced in the U.S. regarding felony crimes?
