Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

16 yr old wanting to live with other parent

My 16 yr old daughter living in Tx with her mother[full custody] wants to live with me in Tn. Her older brothers and sisters think it is a good idea. I can support and take care of her and want too. Needs to be done quickly. What steps do I take? Is she old enouth to make this decision on her own? There is no physical abuse involved, but mental anguish

If your daughter has been living in TX for more than the last six months you need to go there to get the custody order changed. Good luck.
