Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

attachments

my question is they are going to do an attachment in my case.I was wondering I have been dating a lady off and on for a year now,she has a little girl.I live with her now and I guess my question is can they take any thing away from her.maybe her money she has in her bank accounts.I'm worried they will try and take her money from them,trying to collect from me.please email me back .

So long as her accounts are in her name only, AND you have no authority to write checks or make withdrawls from her accounts AND you don't try to hide your assets in her accounts, her money should be safe.
