Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

change of venue

I had lived in the state of Arizona where my divorce decree was final July of 1999. Recently I moved to the state of Tenessee. How do I transfer my case? Also My Ex reside in the state of Colorado the same as when the decree was final. He states that he can change the venue to Colorado because I left Arizona. He did have prior notice as did the courts in Arizona. There are children invovled and child support. Which has not been changed since 1999
