Child support

I have been divorced 2 years now alimony was to stop july last year I am still paying. Child support on my daughter who is 20 but quit school when she turned 18 I'm still paying cannot find a lawyer to work with me on payments. The money I have paid for these, can I ask for it back. She is remarried and living in another state.

Not knowing the wording in the Order it would seem appropriate to stop alimony if you are past the date set to stop. Just stop. Child support usually would have ended and you should stop. Obviously I don't know all the facts and that could change the answer. You and your ex could do an agreed order to stop or just let her get an attorney. You may or may not be able to get money back--too many variable to tell you about.
