Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Custody Rights

I have full custody of my daughter and am fixing to get married. Me and her father were never married but his visitation is every other weekend. The man I'm marrying is in the marines and in 6 months will be sent on duty where we would be sent to another country to live for about a year. Am I allowed to do this since her father is allowed to see her every other weekend or would i be breaking anything??

Re: Custody Rights

Leaving the jurisdiction with your daughter once you remarry is usually permitted, unless there is an order of the court to the contrary. Given the facts you have sent me, I cannot give you any further guidance on the situation.
