Divorce or Annulment

My husband and I got married in July 2007. He has since come to tell me that he lied, he never wanted to get married, he was just trying to ''make me happy.'' Anyway, since he lied, is this grounds for annulment, or would we have to go through a disolussion/divorce?

Fraud can be the basis for an annulment but based on the facts that you have provided, it is unlikely that you would qualify. An uncontested divorce in your case would probably be the easiest route.
