If you have not lived togater for over two years as husban and wife can Divorce be given automatic on that ground.

If you have been separated for a continuous period of 2 years, have lived in separate residences, have not cohabited as man and wife during such period, and have no minor children born of the marriage, either party may obtain a divorce even over the objection of the other party.
