Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I found out that my husband has been married five times before me and he hasn't divorced any of his past wives. Since he wasn't divorced, am I still legally married to him and do I have to obtain a divorce from him?

You don't have to get a divorce. What you need is an annulment.
