Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Getting my kids when I am supposed to.

My ex-wife has takin it upon herself to not let me see my kids due to me being laid off from work and not being able to pay her child suport. Is there anything that I can do? Also her father works for metro fire dept. and he has alot of freinds. Her uncle also works with the mayors office. She always lets me know that she can get away with just about anything. I need help.

You need to file a Petition to Modify your child support due to your loss of income and also for contempt for her refusal to let you see your kids. You also might consider asking the court to change primary caretaker for the children (in other words to give them to you) based on that refusal.
