Can I sue for back child support?

I waswondering if i can sue my father for back child support i am 23 now he left at age 2 and owes child support from 1993 to 2000 at $50/week minus about $2500.Jsut wandering if there anything i can do about it.

any info would be helpful

If child support was ordered, the custodial parent of the then minor child would be entitled to all arears, not the child. If no order has been entered, the child at age 23 may have waited too long to pursue child support.
