Taking a child out fo state without the other parents knowledge

My husband has taken our son out of the state we live in without me knowing this. he has kept him from seeing me since july this isnt the first time what can i do we are still married

It will depend on what custody arrangements are in place. If he is the primary physical custodian he can travel out of state. If you have visitation rights, then you can enforce them in Court.
