will evidence help

My husband wants a divorce on grounds of ID. I have pictures that prove it is adultery. Will this evidence help me in court to keep the house and other monies without a 50-50 split in court?

Your evidence should help you nego a better settlement. However, marital fault is not considered when dividing property. Adultry will help for alimony.
