Witness in a divorce case
If a witness in a divorce case is called to testify in regards to one of the plaintiffs drug use but that witness's own drug use is questioned can the judge order that the witness be drug tested?

My suggestion is that if you are subpoenaed to tesitify in court or in a deposition, hire an attorney to represent you and your attorney can advise you of your 5th amemdment rights along the way. Best of luck.
