Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Tennessee

I have judgement in my favor for a civil lawsuit, but I cannot get the defendant to pay. How can I collect the judgement reward from this company.

Probably your best bet is to hire a collection agency or a pure collection attorney. Most of the time either will handle on a 25% pay only if I collect basis.

A judgment only confirms the debt is owed. Collection is a much bigger problem.
