Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Tennessee

I recently sent a song I wrote to a website for evaluation.they mailed me that they like my work and would help me to work in professional environment but need certain some of money to proceed.

and even sent me contracts.I'd like to ask how to know if that is fraud and whether my money will be safe?

Any attorney will say it is never a good idea to give money to an internet company you don't know anything about. If your songs have potential, you should not have to pay anyone a dime. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
