Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

segregated parking

can an auto company like Nissan, Ford, GM or Chrysler be able to seperate employee parking buy what kind of vehicle they drive. like if you work for Nissan and drive a Nissan you get to park close and if you dont drive a Nissan you have worse and farther away parking spots in some cases your not allowed in the parking lots like at Ford I believe isnt this a type of discrimination and a violation of freedom of choice. if a company can do this now what about other companies enforcing employees to use there products or shop at there stoes and so on or face consequences at gm if its not a gm vehicle it will be towed at a cost to the employee of $200 I just dont see how this is legal
