Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee

30 days in rehab

I am an addicted pharmacist - part of a group of about 15 who all were required to go to a certain rehabilitaion center to get our licence reinstated. All of the pharmacists went for a 30 day inpatient treatment then for 3 months in a halfway house - still getting counseling many times daily. I on the other hand was not sent to the 3 mo. aftercare but dischared after 30 days. It took a year or so but I relapsed. None of my group of recovering pharmacists who went to aftercare did. The State Board of Pharmacy will never let me practice again. Am I entitled to an explaination or even some compensation for the abreviated treatment I recieved?

Re: 30 days in rehab

I would doubt it but why not send your State Board of Pharmacy a letter of formal inquiry?
