Re: Total knee replacement

You should see an attorney as soon as possible. You may be running out of time to do anything about it. The statute of limitations in Tennessee for such cases is very short.

The first question you need to answer is: What is causing your pain? What exactly did the doctor do wrong when he replaced your knee? Can you get a doctor to testify that your doctor "breached the standard of care for your community?" A good malpractice attorney can help you with those initial questions. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of money to get the answer to that question from a medical expert.

Each malpractice case is different because each person is different. Each treatment is different. Go as quickly as you can to an attorney. Please feel free to contact me 901.527.5522 or [email protected] if you have any other questions.
