Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

My 17-year-old son was hurt in a car accident while riding with friends. The other driver was at fault. My son was treated and released in the emergency room. He is still very sore with neck pain; he reports he spit up blood at the scene. I want to make sure he recovers fully. The other driver was insured, but my son does not have medical insurance of his own for follow-up care. Can I use the other driver's insurance to seek medical follow-up?

Thank you.

Since your son was injured in a car accident due to the negligence of the other driver, you have the ability to file a claim for medical bills as well as the pain and suffering he has had due to the wreck. If you would like to discuss the details of your claim, please feel free to contact my office.
