Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

Anonymous Helplines

I am getting sexually harassed at work. I told my boss and she said that the owner would take care of it. He never talked to the guy. I am always getting touched by this guy, and I have asked him to stop. I don't want to go to the cops, or sue or anything, I just need to find a helpline or something where I can remain anonymous and get this stopped, because another female employee, who happens to be about 15, said that he has made comments to her as well. I want it stopped.

Re: Anonymous Helplines

If the employer will not respond to your complaints about the conduct, you have little choice but to either retain an attorney to seek to make it stop or go find work elsewhere. We represent workers in your situation. If you are interested in more information or would like to follow-up with us. I can be reached at [email protected].
