Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

Trying to buy a Mobile Home and the guy will not stop texting me.
OK so I�m In the process of buying a mobile home from a local Dealer. I have my own land all I need is the house and set up. This process is not an overnight ordeal. My HUSBAND and I have been working with a local Company to get it all set up. However the Loan Officer will not leave me alone. If it was about the purchase I could understand the calls and questions. But it's stupid stuff like Do I like gold or silver, Do you want to go to my cabin sometime, If your loan doesn't get approved we will go with ''Plan B'' stuff like that. Now he wants me to send him a picture. It's bad enough this creep knows where I live and all my information. What do I do??

You contact his supervisor/employer and provide them the evidence of what he has done - in detail.� Then you go look for another loan provider.
