Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

problem with promotions

i am involed with my boss want out but afraid for losing my job. was told i would be recieving a supervisors job. afraid to end it because i might not get the job. never wanted to get involved in the first place but wasn't sure what to do. need the job felt like i had no other choice to get involved. what are my rights and what can i do

You have a very serious situation. Your employer cannot make hiring and firing decisions based on this relationship. If you were forced into the relationship you have even more rights which have been violated. If you end the relationship and he retaliates against you that is against the law. You should see an attorney ASAP.
