Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

this situation is a bit complex. but long story short: I got involved with a social worker when I was fifteen years old. She was 27 at the time. During that time, she was actually supposed to helping me to face my depression and anxiety issues. At the time I was youndg and did not realize I was being taken advantage of. Once when I was 16, I was in an abusive situation. She heard the assault over the phone and did NOT help me. She was worried that the police would want to know why we were chatting so late at night. As a mandated reporter, I feel as if it were her responsibility to help me regardless of her fears, The abuse continued. As I have gotten older, I realize that I was manipulated and missed out on MANY things because of it. My depression and anxiety have increased because of this. And I feel that she owes me. Do I have a case?

There are two issues any attorney will ask you about:

First:

How long ago did this happen? / How old are you now?

because that will inolve the statute of limitations for any suit or claim.

Second:

How do intend to prove what you say? Do you have letters, voice mail, email, motel receipts, anything other than your testimony.
