If this is being asked by the teenager - you need to approach an adult you trust to assist you in contacting DCS or the local police and making a report. You can also call either yourself and your call can be anonymous. You need to get to a safe place as these things only get worse.

If this is an adult who is aware this is happening - you need to understand the duty to report now extends to all adults - not just medical professionals. You need to call DCS and report what you understand to be happening. Your report can be anonymous.

If you need assistance - you can call me 24 hours a day and I will help you. You can get my contact information from my web site at www.TullLawFirm.com. The phone number will roll over to my cell phone at night. Do not hesitate to call at any hour.

Please get to a safe place one way or another.
