if there are three children and mother has altimer, can one get power of attorney without the others knowing

Alzheimer's is a condition that can vary from day to day.

If your mother has Alzheimer's, she must understand what she

is signing. I never recommend doing a power of attorney under these

circumstances without all members of the family sharing

in the decision as to who is going to be the power of attorney.
