Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

grandmother died May 12.she had 4 children 2 are dead but they left 6 children. her oldest had power of attorney while she was in nursing home suffering from mental problems. will is being avoided and the 6 grandchildren have been denied access to property but the 2 have been taking whatever they like.the 2 have accused 3 of the grandchildren of stealing items that the 2 have in their possesion. there is 160 acres of farmland and other items. there was a will before she went to the home . how do we find the will,when will it be read and do they have to bring the items back?

Either one of the heirs to the property can file a petition asking the court to appoint them as administrator of the estate. I would not delay in getting things started. Further delay could mean further disposing of property that rightfully belongs to other heirs. I can help. 423 266-4855.
