Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Lifetime Dare to property

If I want to have my 2nd husband live in the house I owned prior to marriage after my death, how do I word it in the will. He will need to be responsible for upkeep, taxes, and household utilities or any other money matters regarding the house until he chooses to move or dies.
