Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Can a will be broken

My mother who was 90 at the time, made a will. She changed lots of things in it, and did not leave my brother as much as he had expected, or what was written in the will prior tho this one. She had dementia, but was given an ok from her doctor that she was of sound mind to make another will. Now that she has passed away my brother thinks that he can break the will by saying that she ''didn't know what she was doing'' which was not true. I am worried about being taken to court over this mess. What I want to know is if this will could be broken. As stated before she was given an ok from her doctor.

Yes, the brother can contest the last Will. Whether he succeeds or not is a matter for the courts. You could get with all of the other beneficiaries of the estate and make the brother an offer.
