Bonus Check

When I was hired my employer told me that the company give a holiday bonus check. Everyone in the company received a bonus check except me. I am the only black female at the company. I was wondering is that considered discrimination. When I ask my supervisor about it stated that it was not his call and the CFO and CEO made that decsion. I am the only one that didn't get a check and couldn't answer why?

That sounds like discrimination. Depending on the amount at issue, you may want to consult with an attorney who handles employment claims regularly to figure out what to do.
