Can I file bankruptcy and include the creditor I am being sued from?

Yes. In fact, roughly half of the bankruptcy cases I file each month are caused by a creditor having filed a lawsuit against my client. Once that lawsuit is filed, it seems virtually inevitable that the person will need to file bankruptcy at some point in the near future and filing the bankruptcy is usually way cheaper than messing with the creditor's lawsuit anyway.
