Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
If im the lender and my debtor files chapter 13 bankrupcey and i have got his food equipment in my storage and someone needs to borrow something can i lend it to the people till they get the piece fixed and then put it back in storage

If im the lender and my debtor files chapter 13 No it is property of the bankruptcy estate.
