Where can I find a Legal Advice on a Franchise Contract Aggreement?

I would like to open a women's fitness Franchise here in Walnut Creek, CA. I have received the contract from the franchise headquarters in Texas. The contract refers to the ''franchisee'' agreement to uphold Texas Business Laws. I would like to find a business lawyer in the Walnut Creek area to help me sort through the legal jargon in this contract. Could you please refer me to a lawyer?
