Lease
I was offer a promotion to start an online business. I sign a 4 year lease for equipment not knowing what the equipment consist of. When the equipment arrived I did not know what to do with it, no instruction-nothing. It has been in the box since day 1 for almost a year now. I feel I was scamed and would like to break the lease. I asked for time to review the lease and was told I did not have the time and must sign it immediately or the deal would go to someone else. Of course I wanted to start a business and thought I would have their support--no such thing.

Before you pay any more money, go consult (and pay) an attorney to look at all the documents and talk to you, and give you legal advice.
You are saying that you have been tricked. Go see a lawyer immediately.
