Logo Usage
Can a seller of the business charge a monthly fee on the use of a logo even though they are not a franchise? They own multiple stores but are not a franchise but want to charge a fee for using the name of the business or their logo.

Depending on how the contracts are drafted is it possible to license a trademark without being a franchise.
