Lost Money Order
I paid my 2007 homeowners association fees with a moneu order. In person got a reciept from the agent. They lost the money order and informed me 4 months after the fact. Now they have placed a lien on my property for non payment. I have all of my reciepts. Who is responsible for the lost payment?

Based on what you have written, you should use the documents that you have to prove that you have made the payment in accordance with the rules, regs, and by-laws of the HOA.
