Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

I purchased a product online internationally for $313.. Then I was told that I needed to pay taxes of $160.. So I did now they said that customs wants me to pay an additional $100 because it took me a week to pay (After I e-mailed them and told them it would be a week)and that I took up too much of their time.. What can I do to either get my product, or my money back?

Any attorney will say the only option that makes any sense is to pay the additional $100. Trying to get your money back from an international online seller, unless they agree to do this, just isn't going to happen. You can always talk to a manager at customs and try to resolve the extra $100 charge, but good luck there as well. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
