Re: transportation

Based on what you have written, there is not sufficient information to provide you with a solution. You need to consider items such as how strict do you want to be with book-keeping, do you want pass-through taxation, is your business going to be a single truck operation or multiple truck, and many other questions? You should really contact a law firm to assist you with selecting the correct entity to form. If my local law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.

Re: transportation

Without more specific information, it is difficult to provide a response. However, the form of business entity most advantageous in a particular situation depends on the objectives of the business for which the entity is being organized. In most situations, the focus will be on how the entity and its owners will be taxed and the extent to which the entity will shield the owners of the business from liabilities arising out of its activites. If you would like our assistance with choosing the appropriate entity for your business and creating same, please contact our office.
