Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Hippa
I was in the hospital for a suicide attempt. My ex calls the hospital and they tell him that I'am there and in ICU. Is'nt this against hippa laws.

I do not think so. You have the right to tell the admission staff that you do not want others to know that you are there but I believe that is something that you need to actually tell them.
