Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
My husband Left me, and we are in the process of a divorce. We own a home together, but he doesnt pay any bills and comes and goes as he pleases. What can I do to stop this ? Last night he came in and took my dog to the pound, and I want him out of my life. NOW... I dont want to wait till the divorce is final. What should I do to achieve this ?
